About Me

I’m Karolina Zając, a certified real estate agent (IHK), translator, and investment advisor, helping clients from across the globe make confident, bold investment and life decisions. Based in Germany, I operate seamlessly across borders, connecting markets, cultures, and languages.

My journey began with my own story. Moving from Poland to Germany as a young woman, I faced a new system, unfamiliar laws, and a foreign language. I learned everything from the ground up, building strong relationships with notaries, bankers, lawyers, and industry experts. Today, I channel that experience into guiding others — turning complex processes into clear, confident steps.

I support clients from Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Romania, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, offering a hands-on, personal approach. Every project receives my full commitment, as if it were my own investment — blending professionalism, insight, and care to create results that truly matter.

I am an international real estate broker, investment advisor, and translatorwith over 15 years of experience living and working in Germany. Certified by IHK and connected to a global network of trusted partners.
